What types of yoga classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of classes including our signature 3S Interval, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Rocket yoga. We also have specialized pop-ups and workshops. 

How do I sign up for a class?

You can sign up for classes online through our website’s booking system on our Schedule page​beforehand or via the MINDBODY mobile app. Walk-ins are also welcome, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot as many of our classes waitlist.

What amenities are available at the studio?

We provide a restroom to change if needed and storage cubbies for your belongings. We have a water station for your convenience.

Is there a minimum age requirement to attend classes?

Our classes are designed for individuals aged 16 and above. For those under 18, we require a parental consent form to be signed prior to participation.

Do you offer virtual or online classes?

Currently, we focus on in-studio classes to provide personalized attention and foster a sense of community. However, we do have classes available on our Youtube channel for an at-home practice.

What are your business hours?

Our Studio is open 15 minutes before and after each class. Please check our schedule for specific class times.

What should I bring to class?

We recommend bringing a yoga mat and a water bottle. We provide mat rentals and other props if you do not have your own.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so no special footwear is required.

Can beginners join your classes?

Absolutely! We offer beginner-friendly classes and our instructors are experienced in accommodating all levels of practice. However, a great place to start is in the Slow Flow, Yin, and Restorative classes.

Do I need to pre-register for classes?

Pre-registration is recommended to ensure your spot, especially for popular classes. However, drop-ins are welcome if space permits.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. For more details, please refer to our cancellation policy on the booking page.

Do you have parking available?

There is plenty of street parking available.

What are your membership options?

We offer various membership plans including drop-in rates, class packs, and monthly memberships. Please visit our membership page for detailed pricing information.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for students, teachers, and healthcare personnel. We also have occasional promotions and package deals.

Do you sell yoga-related products?

Yes, we have a small boutique offering yoga mats, props, and 3S swag.

Can I host a private event or class at your studio?

Yes, we offer private sessions and studio rentals for events. Please contact us for more information on availability and pricing.

This is my favorite studio I have ever been to. They have a range of different classes but all of them have been for all levels which is great for me. My favorite instructors are Carly (Monday/Tuesday classes which the Tuesday is like a HITT workout it’s amazing) and Jess’ class on Thursday nights and Friday mornings (a bonus was the cold lavender towels after class! I don’t think it’s every time so you gotta keep going to find em’). The only downside is everyone is finding this gem of a place so sometimes it can get a little crowded but worth every penny!!! Oh also I went to Joy’s class for new years and it was amazing. I love the instructors and the community!!
