McLean Fletcher

With a Master of Fine Arts from The George Washington University in Shakespeare and classical acting, 200+ hours of Yoga teacher training in Bali Indonesia, multiple certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and two decades of experience as an actor, painter, filmmaker, yogi and fitness instructor, McLean brings a holistic approach to creation and teaching. She believes firmly that learning a new skill, particularly in the arts and the physical wellness realms, results in healing. You can not practice art or physical wellness without getting to know yourself on a deep level. Once you know yourself, there isn’t any running away from the healing. In fact, quite the opposite. Once you know yourself, you see no option other than to heal.

Teacher

Hailey is a certified Forrest Yoga teacher who has also completed advanced training in the style, along with additional training in prenatal yoga and integrative bodywork. She has been teaching since 2014 in Houston, Austin, and Las Vegas, where she’s had the opportunity to deepen her teachings. Along the way, Hailey has developed a passion for helping students use yoga as a tool for navigating life with more presence and compassion. She believes yoga is less about touching your toes and more about touching the parts of yourself that need compassion (though the toes are nice too). In her classes, Hailey creates a space for laughter, attunement, and learning to breathe through the hard, while helping students find strength and balance both on and off the mat. Outside the studio, Hailey is a mom of two wild (and wonderful) boys, an unapologetic animal softie, and a practicing couples therapist, all of which inform the humor, heart, and humanity she brings into her students.
