A mixture of Chinese Medicine and Yoga with self acupressure. Focused on the 12 energetic pathways in the body, this class allows for an emotional release by moving qi with a deep focus on the breath.
Open and balance the body's energetic pathways, called meridians in TCM and nadis in yoga, to improve health, happiness, and connection with life.

An inclusive, community-centered practice of support, acceptance, and celebration of queer identity. The class involves sharing, and physical asanas and ends with a loving-kindness hatha meditation. After class, we socialize and continue to get to know each other at a nearby location.
