Livability Initiative Fundraiser Class

Sunday, April 7th @ 7:00 PM - 8:15 PM

Please join us for this donation-based 75-minute practice. This class will involve yin, dynamic movement, and sound healing.

What Is Livability?

We are a 501(c)(3) organization that works to improve accessibility for the disabled. Based in Richmond, VA, we’re currently focusing on making our hometown the most livable city on the map. Our long-term goal is to expand our efforts to the wider world.

LSD (Long, Slow, Deep) Workshop

Long holds, Slow breaths & Deep stretches! This 90-minute class will end with a guided relaxation so you leave feeling super zen! Indulge in the LSD yoga workshop, where mindful movement meets soothing tranquility.

LSD mainly focuses on opening hips and lengthening hamstrings guided by nurturing vibes and calming energy. This workshop invites you to slow down, breathe, and connect with your body on a profound level. The room is warm and all postures are either lying down or seated -- GREAT FOR ALL experience levels.

Flow and Fly 75

This is our traditional Vinyasa 75 class with additional cues throughout to guide you into additional balance and inversion options throughout your practice. Each class will have a unique inversion focus that will be taught and your practice will lead up to.

This class is perfect for any level of yogi and is intended to help you challenge your practice!

Sound Healing and Sound Bath

Sound Bath Meditation is a unique and rejuvenating practice that utilizes the healing power of sound to harmonize the body and mind. Participants will be immersed in a bath of sound created by various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other melodic instruments. The resonant frequencies produced during the session encourage relaxation, stress reduction, and an enhanced state of meditation.
